BLAKE MANSFIELD, MASTER TRAINER

Being a professional boxer and having worked in several gyms, I was motivated to open my own facility and start a training program that provides clients a way to learn from my experiences. I give great attention to detail and share my wealth of skills with all levels, from novices to those who want to go pro. I truly believe that the work ethic shown in the gym correlates to how people tackle day to day life responsibilities. I enjoy helping make dreams a reality in and out of the gym.

My name is Romelle, and I am here to help you on your journey towards your health and fitness goals.

I was born and raised locally, in Chapel Hill, NC. In 2018, I enrolled in my first boxing class and ever since that day I made sure I was in the gym on a regular basis. Two years later, after a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, I became one of the top amateur boxers on the east coast. In December 2022, I made my professional debut. I entered the world of boxing with hard work and determination and want to help others achieve that experience.  I believe anyone who puts in the necessary work can achieve their fitness goals with the right guidance.

Fitness is my passion. I’ve been physically active and competitive my whole life and a personal trainer/group fitness instructor for over 15 years. I realize that not everyone shares the same enthusiasm for fitness, however I believe that everyone becomes empowered when they take their physical and mental strength to new levels. My goal is to guide and support people in fitness at all stages of their lives and help them achieve what they thought could never be possible.

I started boxing late in life at the age of 47 years with Coach Blake and it has been a privilege to learn from the best. I’m proof that you can look and feel your best at any stage in your life. Whether you are new to the sport, or fitness in general, or just want to test what you are capable of - I would love to help. There is no better time to drop the doubt and fear and move toward your goals.
